Title: Cultural Diplomacy: The Administration and Management of Human Resources in the field of Museums as a central element of highlighting the Greek cultural heritage (UNESCO Conventions)

Abstract: The goal is to approach the dynamics and exercises all human resources in the development of the procedural functions which are necessary to be followed in order to contribute to the cultural management in the area of museums and culture.
Specifically, we will try to identify how a set of people and their management, who belong to different disciplines of scientific training and knowledge, but who at the same time serve culture from a different side and approach each, can or is necessary to cooperate and to what extent, so that they contribute as a whole to the implementation of the rules of culture as a lever in the development of the promotion of culture in our country.
It would be interesting if other specialties of employees in the area of culture, in collaboration with the field of archaeologists, which is considered basic, additionally help in the work of those who display and promote the monuments and museums of our country.
