Abstract: The aim of the research is the development of theoretical and methodological models for the implementation of international marketing strategies, with emphasis on e-marketing and the analysis of the current activity of Greek SMEs and their growth and development prospects in the international and European arena.
In order to achieve the purpose, the following research objectives of the thesis are roughly defined:
- Study and listing of the already existing research and reports on the specific topic of international marketing.
- To list the factors influencing the development and implementation of international marketing strategies in a theoretical model
- Conducting a survey to investigate the situation of Greek SMEs
- Conduct research to investigate the introduction of new variables that affect the theoretical model and investigate any relationships between these variables
- Conclusions and recommendations on a practical level that can lead to an effective implementation of international marketing strategies by Greek SMEs.
