Abstract: The aim of the PhD thesis is to develop theoretical parameters of future, necessary, patterns of international strategic communication and international crisis management, which in the new global economic, business, and political environment will be unknown and unpredictable under the new conditions. Therefore, it seems appropriate to study the strategic and international structures that can serve these new needs by linking the past with the present. The international strategic communications and the necessary international structures that will be designed should anticipate and have the flexibility to be used in the future.
